John Solarczyk is highly regarded in public finance. During a career spanning nearly two decades, Solarczyk has completed hundreds of transactions and raised billions of dollars in tax-exempt and taxable financings for municipalities and nonprofits throughout California.

In 2008, after 15 years at De La Rosa, Solarczyk joined a small investment bank, where he underwrote his own transactions and completed a dozen financings above $100 million par amount.  In 2010, he was named head of California Public Finance for a regional firm that a national investment bank later acquired.  He rejoined DLR in 2011 to work closely with the firm's head of sales and trading, Ben Stern, and its bankers to help restructure, price and sell the financings the firm brings to the market.

Solarczyk graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics.  His FINRA securities registrations include the Series 63, 52, 24 and 7.
