Governor Jerry Brown recently appointed DLR Partner Paul Rosenstiel to the Board of the State Teachers’ Retirement System. Drawing on Californians with strong financial backgrounds, the governor said, “will help steward one of our state’s largest and most important retirement systems through uncertain economic times.” Rosenstiel said he looks forward to helping ensure the actuarial soundness of CalSTRS and its ability to pay teachers a fair pension.

Scott A. Henry has become a Senior Vice President in the LA office. Henry has 15 years of experience in municipal finance and works exclusively with California K-14 education issuers.
Katherine Perkins has been promoted to Vice President in the San Francisco office. Perkins has participated in more than 200 school district financings.
Michael Mejia is now an Associate in the L.A. office. Mejia provides financial modeling, credit and market analysis, and other support for clients.
