Holly B. Vocal serves as a banker for many of De La Rosa & Co.'s most demanding clients. Vocal specializes in financings for counties, cities, ports and airports across the state, as well as the State of California itself. She works on every aspect of project generation and public finance, including capital planning, bond structuring and credit analysis, and has played an integral role in developing and executing several of the firm's most innovative financings.
 
Vocal received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from U.C. Berkeley in 2002.  She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
