Bill Roche has more than 20 years experience trading taxable fixed-income securities, specializing in U.S. treasury and agency securities. Roche joined De La Rosa & Co. in May 2010 after nine years at Countrywide trading agencies. He has served as a vice president of agency trading at First Tennessee Capital Markets and Fuji Securities, both in New York, and was on the FFCB Funding Corporation’s short-term and long-term bond issuance desk for two years.

Roche graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He holds licenses 7 and 63.
