Associate Katherine Perkins has seven years of municipal finance experience, and has acted as an analyst on more than 200 school district financings. Since joining De La Rosa & Co. in 2008, Perkins has served as the lead support banker on all education transactions through the firm's  San Francisco office. She previously worked for four years at KNN Public Finance, a leading financial advisor to California governmental agencies.

Perkins received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.  She holds Series 52 and 63 licenses.
