Scott A. Henry has 14 years of experience in municipal finance and works exclusively with California K-14 education issuers.  Henry has structured numerous issues, including general obligation bonds, certificates of participation, and tax and revenue anticipation notes for California schools and community colleges.

Henry received an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA in 2002, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1995.
