Joseph Crowley joined De La Rosa & Co. in 2011, bringing 20 years of experience in California public finance to the Sales and Trading desk, where he provides municipal bond credit analytics. Before joining De La Rosa, Crowley provided investment-banking services to local governments. He has also served as a buy-side credit analyst, consultant to California redevelopment agencies, and fiscal advisor with the California Legislative Analyst's Office.

Crowley earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and the California Society of Municipal Analysts, and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
