Steven Cosner is an institutional salesman on the fixed-income trading and underwriting desk in Los Angeles. Cosner is a 25-year veteran of underwriting and selling California municipal bonds. Before joining De La Rosa & Co., he spent 10 years as Managing Director at Piper Jaffray in San Francisco, where he was instrumental in establishing their California presence.

Cosner received a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising from the University of Kansas in 1973.
