Guillermo Garcia joined the San
Francisco staff of De La Rosa & Co. in 2006. Garcia performs financial
modeling, credit analysis and transaction management for tax allocation,
special tax, assessment, revenue, and lease-revenue bond issues. His clients
include California cities, special districts and redevelopment agencies. Before
joining De La Rosa he worked for two years at a Bay Area financial advisory
firm.
Garcia holds a Bachelor’s degree in environmental geochemistry and a Master’s
degree in civil engineering from Stanford University. He was a utility
management consultant with a national engineering firm for three years before
returning to Stanford and earning an MBA from the Graduate School of Business
in 2004.
